Sambucha Kombucha is raw, organic, naturally effervescent, and handcrafted in small batches. always cultured and never pasteurized. We have stripped back the Kombucha recipe to its essence, only comprising of three ingredients. Fermented, certified organic and fair trade tea, fruit or root vegetables, and 2 grams of sugar per bottle. Each 500ml bottle is a Probiotic arsenal of organic acids and active enzymes to sustain the intestine, aid digestion, and strengthen the immune system.
I literally put the Sam in Sambucha, My father in all his wit, came up with the brilliant name as we were playing with the idea of me selling my Kombucha. A ridiculous thought! Haha, and as lockdown hit and my brewing hobby became much beloved by all our friends and neighbours, I was convinced, if not bullied to make it a real thing! And bring Sambucha Kombucha to life.

Keep Sambucha in the fridge
Keep the cap twisted on TIGHT
IF OPENED, drink within 4 - 7 days MAX
If UNOPENED, your sambucha will keep in the fridge for up to 10 days! except for watermelon! watermelon is a delicate mistress and can only be kept unopened for up to 5 days.
OPEN SLOWLY, allow air to escape slowly before fully opening. its better to be safe than wearing your booch!
DO NOT SHAKE YOUR SAMBUCHA (unless you would like to make your own booch fountain and bathe in the water)
DO NOT LEAVE IT OUT OF THE FRIDGE OVERNIGHT
