Oooh this is a spicy one! A tomato and chilli based curry, laced with tangy tamarind and loaded with okra & aubergines you can either have it with Brookleas' Family rainbow trout fillets (they have bones!) OR hand torn oyster mushrooms. Great with coconut rice or flat bread
