Your Malaysian Kitchen
Cook with us in the comfort of your own home and in your own clothes- want to wear socks and flip flops?! Go for it. We won't judge! (also please don't judge us back)

To help us all spice things up at home, we’re going to be sharing some more recipes with you over the next few weeks…..and hopefully forever and ever! Set up your kitchen with these few essentials and you'll be ready to cook any of our upcoming Malaysian dishes with us! The only ‘special’ ingredient you need is The Sambal which you can get here, but the rest can be found at your local supermarket.

Fresh chillies (not really necessary because you have The Sambal)
Sweet soya sauce (kicap manis - but you can also make your own using dark brown sugar and dark soya sauce)

*All these items can also be kept in the freezer if you're not going to use them right away. Just make sure you peel and half the shallots first!
