Here are some of our favourites which you can try- fry them until cooked before adding peppers
Prawn and Tofu
Leftover veg in the fridge- we don't like any waste!
1 Onion -sliced
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Pepper - diced
Baby Corn -sliced
1 Tablespoon of The Sambal -add more or less depending how spicy you want it!
2 Servings of cooked rice
Splash of Soy sauce
Heat some oil in a large pan and add chopped onion
As the onions start to go translucent, add garlic and cook for a 2 mins
Add peppers and baby corn and cook until they start to brown
Add The Sambal
Add rice and mix through until rice is evenly coated with the sambal sauce
Add a splash of soy sauce
Keep on low heat and fry an egg in a separate pan
Serve rice in a bowl hot with a fried egg and sprinkling of coriander on top.
